Awesome training! Kru Nuat is a great instructor and goes into great care to explain the rhyme and reasoning behind why things are done a certain way. He also recognizes everyone has a learning curve and respects everyone’s journey but also knows how much to nudge and push. I’m taking the online classes and Kru Nuat also tries to simulate certain attack and defense scenarios. All in all I love the training and Kru Nuat’s approach!
Also they have really cool training daab! Get a pair, you won’t regret it!!
